can anyone tell me which would be my cheapest option to get married abroad and how to go about setting this up? as i dont want to pay the scandalous amounts as seen in brochures

In Colorado, USA, visit a County Clerk's office, get a wedding licence application form for US$10.00, and both sign it. That's it - you're married! Enjoy the scenery!

I know people who got married in Belgium quite without any fuss.
You have to bring your passport and stay for five days.

That's all as far as I know. And if I had known what a hell it would be to marry a divorced foreigner in my own country, I would definitely have done that!
