depends what you mean by "near west end". most hotels in the central area either have no car park or have chargeable garage facilities, so it can cost between 25-40 per 24 hours to park either in hotel garage or nearby ncp site. however if you can tolerate a 15mn tube ride your choice expands somewhat and hotels with free parking become available.
Was just in London at the weekend, we managed to book our hotel through Lastminute.com, and we got a good deal. Worth a try and I'm sure the description of the hotel will says if they have parking facilities or not. But I agree with mushroom25, if you don't mind the tube journey to the west end, then you'll have a lot more luck finding a hotel with parking. Have a great time, we did!
