Cheap Holiday??

What is the cheapest way to get a decent package holiday to somewhere exotic (Cuba, Dom Rep, bahamas etc.)? I want an all inclusive 4* ish hotel round about April for a couple of weeks......not sure the last minute deals are that cheap. Any ideas?

My answer may be obvious but its the truth! Be flexible about where you're going and shop around. www.dialaflight.com are good but shop around! Be prepared to book flights and hotels separately. Most hotels will have their own separate website. Look for the name of the hotel on the tour operators website and then contact them directly! Cheating, but hey!, legal!
