My friend is married to a man in the RAF. She has booked an UK internal Easyjet flight but the only valid ID she has is her RAF Married Dependant Identity Card. Will Easyjet accept this? Has anyone flown using this ID?

It does say on easyjets website that photographic id is required to travel internally,my son used to fly with his student union card with them,so your friend should be ok,why dosent she phone easyjet to find out.

That's half the problem. She's tried their enquiry line a few times today and there's no answer, so I offered to ask on here. She emailed them, but it says 'please give 20 days for a response' which, considering she's flying in less than a month, is cutting it fine!

Ryanair definitely would not accept it - passport or photocard driving licence only.

Easyjet are more relaxed. Given that it's a government id (with a photo??- a must) I would say yes it will probably be OK., but that's only an opinion.

Keep trying the easyjet number for confirmation
