Which American Debit Cards Work For International Transactions

I'm just wondering which American debit cards work for international transactions where the card company has to transfer American money to a foreign currency in order to complete the purchase. I thought they all did but I have cash app and apparently they don't do it.

However any debit card with the Visa or MasterCard logo on it can normally be used for international payments. American Express isn't used much in many countries (due to their ridiculously high charges) and Discover is almost unknown outside of the US.
