Do you have a key called printscreen because all my keyboards have. Press it. That puts the screenprint on your clip board. Then paste it into word.
Or press control +p

Press Alt and PrtSc together on your keyboard Emmie that will take a photo of your screen

Have a cup of tea or cofee then try again. It will suddenly seem easy as theres several ways to do it
