Yes, mine seems to have picked up as well. I shouldn't moan I suppose.
BT Yahoo Mail used to be ruddy awful a few years ago, so I guess earlier this morning was just a blip !

Mine is EE, which I think is owned by BT has been hopeless this morning. Thought it was just me.

All who are interested; YOUR EMAIL HAS BEEN HACKED! Yahoo finally came clean on the 3rd of this month and stated that all 3 billion users of its mail were hacked! Since they have not kept up with any security patches for years my advice is to bail and go to gmail. At least at gmail it's encrypted.
