The only UK number is an 0906 one, but you could contact them online through their website www.ryanair.com

At the risk of suggesting the blindingly obvious, why don't you just arm yourself with a pile of change and head for the nearest payphone. (Yes, I know phone boxes are hard to find these days but there are plenty of payphones in superstores, railway stations, etc). As long as your working hours permit you to get to a payphone between 0900 and 1800, this would seem to be your easiest solution.
