Club La Costa are a timeshare development and sales organisation. They hold 'presentations' in their sales offices at which they explain the benefits of their product to the audience. They entice people to their 'presentations' by offering them a 'free' holiday. Express promotions are probably a telemarketing company who generate leads for CLC......I doubt very much whether the holiday will be completely free though! If you go to a presentation, and stay, you'll get a holiday voucher....
