I'm not sure about the rigour of that test. It told me that I am moderately larkish and that I go to bed between 9.30 and 11 pm, whereas I never go before 1am.

It's not accurate. I go to bed between 12 and 2am...and get up between 6 and 8am.

There was something on the morning TV about a study into this. Not surprisingly folk with different body clocks have different periods when at their best, but surprisingly not a fixed time after awakening. Night owls take much longer to hit their daily peak.

Moderately lark -like, which surprises me (must be the age thing, wake up too early these days) but it is way way off regarding when I hit the hay at night ! (Like Baldric I guess.)

That question needs another answer to it "I'd not go to bed at all". If I don't have commitments the following day I usually end up staying up all night.
