Hi

Wasn't quite sure which topic to put this in.

My sister live's in Australia. In the Christmas PDSA  gift book I want to buy the cat Xmas advent calender for her 2 cat's( it's the same as our's except instead of choc's behind each door there is a cat biscuit). I know that some food's are prohibited from being sent to Australia and end up confiscated, I just wanted to know if this would be the same for cat treats? It doesn't describe what the treat's are made up off or brand etc..
Are thing's like cat treat's allowed to be sent to Australia, anyone know please?

Thanx in advance :o)

couldn't find any info about prohibited foods on the australian customs site but they have a contact us facility so you could email them

Whilst I totally admire your thoughtfulness and concern for the Australian laws on importing foodstuffs (be they for human or feline consumption).

What worrys me more is that you are already doing your Christmas shopping! How organized are you?

I'm stressed already!

I always try to get all my sister's stuff sorted well in advance so I can send it in time.
Although I have bought a few small presents for my 2 daughter's already, but I can guarantee I will be just as stressed as everyone else come Decemeber lol
