Electricity In Dubai?

Can anyone confirm that the electricity in Dubai is 220v, and that the plugs are the same as UK ie 3 pin? Thank you.

Morning all, yes Robi I watched it, he was lovely. But thought he looked weird with the long blonde hair and tan, very gay looking! I loved him.
Have done the shopping and am staying in. Have knocked a load more algloba beans off the tree. I used Mr N's swimming pool brush, so much better. I took the brush bit off first obviously.

Good morning. Yes Robi I saw it he was so nice, but didn't like it with his long blonde hair and tanned thin face, looked ill.
Have done the shopping and not relaxing, I've used the swimming pool broom (3 mts) to knock off the high algroba beans and have had a swim.

Good morning. I will say this only once.... I hope!
It was all cloudy and overcast and cool ( just when I had 2 loads of hija's washing to do) Sun's popping in and out dried some in drier just to get it done!
Hija is on a marathon party so will see her eventually.

What a change in the weather .Dull and overcast here .My feet are cold too and I'm back in long sleeves and a cardi.Soon be time to sew ourselves into our liberty bodices.Hope you're all tickety boo though.
I thought I'd give my eyes a rest yesterday as they're a bit blurry lately and yesterday was a total blur ..lol. I was having to enlarge anything on the computer and had to use a magnifier to read my crossie clues.I've sloshed with eyewash today and it's a bit clearer.
So, have made an appt for an eye test.I think I'm going to ditch these varifocals and go back to ordinary lenses with a pair for reading etc.I'll see what they advise.
I missed Billy Fury ,perhaps it's on catch up.

Definitely cooler here, and hardly any traffic. Could be November. We ate paella at the usual place and it was heaving with locals. Very nice and quiet.

I found the Billy Fury prog on catch up .It was good .He looked very ill towards the end though and so thin and drawn.I'm sure the blonde hair was a wig where he was singing in his leather gear.
It's been a toast day here for me.Mr S had a cold schnitzel from yesterday with bubble and I had tst with something on it for breakfast ,lunch and tea. We live high on the hoof here:)

Not good weather for Jude's birthday, it's thoroughly miz. Yesterday was glorious, warm, sunny, hardly any wind... sorry it wasn't that way for you shaney.
I'm going to rename my road Furious Way because that's how a lot of them drive along here. They use it as a rat run, crazy. There are several side roads and I'm amazed there haven't been more accidents.

Now come on shaney, couldn't you have had a fantasy banquet to impress us all? :) I had a Co Op bang-it-in-the-oven chef special. Well after slaving over a hot sudoku in the garden all afternoon I didn't want to be slaving over a hot stove. (I did actually do some weeding as well).
