Has anyone used this company before? I read mixed reviews online (one on here from a few years ago) but have heard good things as well from a few people I know.

Its a bit 'after the event' as I have already booked. lol!

My friend used them to book her holiday to tenerife and recommended them to me, I have not used them yet, but she had a fabulous holiday
