Travel Insurance - Why do you need to live at same address?

Can anyone explain to me why you need to live at the same address for travel insurance?  Many thanks

Maybe it's got to do with the fact that travel insurance includes repatriation in case of illness or injury sustained abroad, and they have to have all members of a same family registered at the same address ? So that they only have to order one taxi, or one ambulance ( depending on type of case )? I'm not sure it's the right answer, but it's an idea !

Thanks maximo, I guess that could be it.  Apparently if a family travel and several members live at different addresses you need to take out individual policies, so that is all I was querying!  Any other ideas would be much appreciated!!
