It,s time for bus pass renewals in our area.They are asking for it to be done on computer.This involves sending a passport size computer picture200x 260 pixcels in size via computer.They say it,s easy if you use Microsoft live photo but on there it doesn't let you specify your exact requirement.IS THERE ANOTHER FREE PROG WHICH LETS YOU DO THIS. How they are expecting old age pensioners who don'have computers to do this I don'know.THANKS
