Any restaurants in Gumbet or Bodrum, Turkey, which cater for vegetarians?

I think you'll find all restuarants there have plenty of dishes suitable for vegetarians. I remember delecious vegetable dishes served in their own right - not as a poor substitute for meat.

I agree with Pinotage - Turkish cuisine is very veggie-friendly.
Quick language primer:
etyemez - vegetarian
etyemezim - I am a vegetarian
etyemeziz - we are vegetarians
etsiz (pronounced "et sees") - without meat
bu etsiz mi? - is this without meat?
etli - with meat.
If you combine this with one or two standard phrases such as "hello", "good evening", "thank you" etc. from a travel guide or phrasebook, your efforts will be very much appreciated. Afiyet olsun!
