Anyone Commute From Fife To Edinburgh 06:20 Train ?

Hi there I am a bit of anxious traveller and I have not been on a train for a number of years I am being brave and getting a train from Dunfermline to Edinburgh at 0620 one morning next week and I was wondering is this a commuter train and is it normally busy or is that a bit early for commuters?

As far as I can find out the earliest weekday train leaves Dunfermline City at 6.30 and arrives Edinburgh Waverly at 7.09 (cost £4.70). After that trains run at 15 - 20 minute intervals so I would imagine that most commuters would catch a slightly later train. Go to thetrainline.com for good info on UK trains.

You'll be ok at that time, it's only a 40 minute run. Always use the Scotrail site for times and fares.
