Can anypne offer any help please - I have an annual reail ticket for travelling to Work (about 4 months unexpired) - this is a British Rail type ticket with photocard - I lost the card/ticket friday and wondered if anyone knows the procedure for replacement - is it just a matter of going to to Ticket office and ontaining a replacement or is anything else involved(Ive had an annual ticket for maybe 20 years - so they would have a record of me) - any help appreciated.Thank you

Just go to the ticket office where you bought the ticket from. Be carefull with the next one though as I think you are only allowed a certain number of replacements before htey just make you pay again

Thanks Lilyfrog, I went there tuesday and got a replacement - cost me 10 , but like you say there is a limit to number of replacements,(one I believe !)
