I wish to obtain a copy of the Will of a person who died in the Isle of Man last July. I have their full name and approximate address. The Will has been granted probate. The Isle of Man is, I believe, legally different to The U.K. and I would like guidance as to whom I can enquire. Can anyone please advise me.

You are quite correct that English law does not extend to the Isle of Man; their system is however based on English law. You could start of with the Isle of Man Law society 01624 662910.
