I am currently buying a holiday villa on Bahia coast north of Salvador Brazil. Everything is going ok as I have personal contacts out there. What I am concerned about is how easy it will be and what costs will be involved if I decide to sell in the future and want to move funds out of Brazil. I am have trouble establishing the facts.
