Sometimes at the seaside there are photographers that have a backdrop of a funny cartoon of people (sailor, policeman, bather etc) with a hole where their faces were that you stick your head through. Does anybody know what this "thing" is called??

In the trade they are known as 'photo burners'; the public apparantly call them 'Aunt Sally's' and the marketing department at the local tourist office probably call them 'photo opportunity boards'.
Next time you see one, ask its owner.
