theft on criminal record will it stop a visa

i am currently applyin for coaching jobs in usa, i i have a theft charge on my CRB, it was aginst my mom when she tried 2 spite me, what are my chances of getting a USA visa.

If the theft charge is recent (?? 10 years) then your chances of getting a visa are low to zero.

If you were under 18 at the time that increases the chances considerably - the charge will be ignored.
judging from your next post (you can put your responses on the original post if you want) I'd say pretty slim. I doubt they'll feel any better about it because it was your mother. But if you got off in court, or were never charged, this would probably help.
