what's the difference between economy return and apex return? i don't understand the wording on the website.

apex is advance purchase and is normally cheaper than economy which is the "normal fare". You get to ride on the same coach with the facilities but rather like the trains you won't normally get a refund if you have to cancel at the last minute.

You can get a refund on an apex ticket but it wont be very much as the take �5 off straight way and then work out how much you are due back.
