I had the same txt a while back, but I rarely get probs with mine. I suppose its where you live.

Contact them.
my g/f is on t-mobile and sometimes it flashes orange on her screen so then she knows shes flicked to an orange mast rather than t-mobile.
on the other hand she previously had orange and reception was really bad (even in our house) but my brother doesn't seem to have a problem on orange.
contact your network and ask why you get less signal now.
t mobile and orange have combined to be called "everything everywhere" ,orange sent out letters to all their customers weeks ago telling the that
Not had any real problems with Orange and have certainly not received any Mailings from them regarding TMobile etc. I am on PAYG.
i have a t mobile personal phone and an orange company phone, the t mobile works with a 100% signal at my home address cant get 1% on the orange phone, i actually turn it of when i get in as its totally useless ....

Thank you everyone for your answers. I guess it may be the area in which i live (NIreland). I didnt get any letters from Orange - just a text (and am on PAYG). I've never seen a TMobile signal (since they merged), just an orange signal - and now i have to practically hang out the bedroom window to get a signal in the house - and work is even worse.

I'm gonna phone them as wilkesneil suggested - and if no better then I am gonna change providers. Am thinking O2. Does anyone know if I can keep the same mobile number?

thanks for your answers and advice.
google "everything everywhere" it tells you about t mobile and orange my letter said i would get my billing from them but that the only difference, mind you i'm talking about orange broad band
