Since I went onto Windows 7 I have lost my Greek Keyboard! On my old XP laptop I had, in the tray at bottom of screen, EN and EL - which I could alternate between keyboards.

How can I get them back in Windows 7. Simple instructions please!

Thanks

add the correct keyboard layouts first

http://windows.micros...Add-an-input-language

Then right click on the task bar at the bottom of the screen and select toolbars > language bar and you will be able to choose between the keyboards you've just added.
The only problem you might encounter is that there are loads of different standards for Greek Keyboards, so you may need to experiment to get the right one that works for your particular keyboard

Thanks both especially chuckfikkins. I now have in the tray at bottom of screen EN which if I left click on it , it changes to EL - same to go back. However, it disappears sometimes and re-appears in tray only when I go into Word. That's ok, but when I had windows XP it was there all the time in the tray! Is there any way to keep it there all the time?
Also I have next to it 2 greyed out icons 'battery saver' and 'wireless' which I cannot get rid of. All the icons further to the right near the clock are surrounded by a black line and those are ok.
Thanks
