what's the best wi-fi isp (used in caf�s, airports etc.) to subscribe to i.e. Boingo, Trustive etc.?

Hi,i used all sorts wifi,now old hat,at T-mobile in states you buy modem fits in floppy disc drive and for 19 dollars a month i get 24hr coverage ,whereever tmobile as cover it works ,dont know about uk but i woul;d think its there ive had it for 8 months stateside
