We've just had a bulb blow that tripped the fuse box, sorted that, put tv on and on the guide (used for recording) There are no programmes listed for ITV and C4 after 6.30,I have switched on and off 3 times but it doesn't fill in, I can get the actual channels so wonder what is goin on, any ideas folks

If so you need to power down (by unplugging) for at least 30 secs - 1 min

Happens to us when stormy!!
Try reinstalling the channels from the menu using autostore.
Works for us.
