Computer still connecting to previous ISP

Hi, we changed a few months ago from Sky to TalkTalk.
We have a desktop and a laptop which caused no problems however our little Toshiba netbook still tries to connect to Sky everytime you use the internet.
I've gone into the wireless networks and deleted Sky but that's as far as I know to do.
Can anyone help, it's Windows 98.

Are you sure it's windows 98?

Sounds like you might have IE set to auto dial a connection (maybe)

Open IE, click tools > internet options, then click on the connections tab and put a tick in never dial a connection.
