changing PUBLISHER graphic to WORD

A while back I did a basic letterhead on PUBLISHER. But I'd like to use this same letterhead on WORD. I've tried to copy and past etc but no success. Any tips?? thanks in advance

Try cutting from Publisher as usual. Then, in Word, click on the little arrowhead underneath the word 'Paste'. Select 'Paste Special' and the 'Picture' option.
