i have been using incredimail
to send and recieve mail
i had a shortcut on my monitor
to get into incredimail
the short cut has gone
now i cannot get into to incredimail
help please

Look on the start menu > programs (or all programs) > incredimail

If the shortcut is still on the start menu then click and hold down the right mouse button, drag it onto the desktop and release the mouse button and then select copy from the menu that pops up.
