My Stanley up & over garage door mechanism works perfectly after 20 years, but the remote plipper is more or less in bits and works only with TLC. Are replacement remotes available or do I have to get a complete remote mechanism?

Installers long gone to garage on high.

Thanks Scotman - I'll give Amourelle a try.
The cost of these blippers is exhorbitant, I actually renewed my Chamberlain completely, (from B&Q) for the cost of two blippers. I had had it for 13 years and was still working..
A cheap and simple solution is to use a universal garage remote control kit see here http://www.quantekshop.co.uk/gdo230.html
