My grandaughters 42" Tv has lost it's picture but the sound is ok..Is it repairable? She's just bought a replacement..She says I can have the old one..What do you think?

If it's a CRT monitor then it's not worth fixing it, if you can even find anyone to do it.

that stated life for a lg set is 5 years, take it back
