My husband ordered the crazy frog ringtone about a month ago. Since then he has lost about 20 on his phone which seems to be because he keeps on getting text messages from some obscure source. How can we stop this and why is it happening??

Reply to one of the text messages and simply say STOP
It is happening because he signed up to receive text messages and didn`t read the small print detailing the charges.
I`ve inadvertantly done it myself and the above advice was given to me by Vodaphone but it should work with any network. If the messages still come report it to your network provider and they will put a stop to them hopefully.

the texts should contain exact info on what you are being charged for and also contain the wording to stop receiving.go here :-
