How can someone far across the world know that I have a problem with Windows on my computer?
Barely 9am and I get the well documented withheld number call telling me that they have detected all sorts of gremlins in my pc. Yeah right. So I wished him a good day and told him to go scam someone else.
I'm hoping for a good day now.

I stupidly believed them and let them into my computer. When the penny finally dropped i was so scared. I closed down my credit cards, and my internet banking had an alert put on it. It took me hours and days to get it all changed and made safe. I think I am OK, no harm done, but I have been called at least 4 times since with the same story!
