I have been able to view the file before but not now, how do I view it and why can I suddenly not view it....whats changed?

Docx files are Word files created with Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010.

If you have an earlier version of Office or Word installed on your PC then you need the Office Compatibility pack.

If you have not got Office / Word at all then you need the Word Viewer.
