Hi

I have a problem accessing certain areas on websites.

I can access web sites, but when I try to sign in to my account or try to book parking/tickets online (for example) I get the error message below.
For example I can get onto the Ebay website but when I try to sign in to my account the error message appears. When I went on to the East midlands airport website I could navigate around but when I clicked the "book now" tab to book car parking I get the error message " Internet explorer cannot display this page."

I have ran the diagnostics and the following appears:
" Windows cannot connect to the internet using HTTP HTTPS or FTP caused by firewall settings on this computer.
Check firewall settings for the HTTP port 80 HTTPS port 443 and FTP port 21"

How do I do this. I have Norton firewall enabled and the windows firewall enabled ( I have disabled both at one time or another but does not make any difference)

Many thanks

I don't know the answer as I've no experience of Norton but I do know you don't run 2 firewalls at once. Disable Windows and just use Norton then check your firewall settings in Norton as it sounds like something there is set up incorrectly.
