The refuse collectors or dust men as I call them leave the wheelie bins on the pavement round here. This morning I woke up to a crashing noise and found that my bin had blown over and just missed nextdoors car.

Any reports of severe wind in your area yet?

yes, my bin keeps blowing open, the roof is still on the shed though! (for now)

Sat by the seafront for a while this morning, I've NEVER see the waves crashing over the road so high before. It was blowing so hard, people couldn't walk along, they were clinging to lamp-posts.

Jaydah, there is a webcam or two, but they don't stream ... just updates every few mins with still pics, I think.
