I have a Luxor Sx9 Colour Tv, which has to warm up before a picture appears. I thought this was a faulty tuner, so I sent the tuner away for repair. It came back as being repaired, but with the proviso that I should check the tuning voltages, but this is where I am lost - any suggestions as to what I should do next please ? The model number is 5644
