The file transfer from camera into the IB software has just stopped working. When I plugged the USB cable from camera to computer the software opens - but the file transfer does not cut in like it did previously. Also the manual file transfer is grayed out. Any suggestions?

Can you browse to the camera using My Computer? I could do this on my old Olympus camera. It might show as an additional drive. If it does, just copy or cut pictures to desktop. Not the ideal solution but something to try as a quick fix.

Cannot browse the camera. Shall probably reload the software, which i didn't want to do.
