Whenever I open a photo in' Paint' it is 4 times the correct size and impossible to work on. I have tried reducing it but the magnifying glass is already normal. I want 'normal' to be normal

Sounds like the picture itself is too big. You could scale it down by 25% in Paint but if you aer using photoshop, why do you need paint?
you've got it the wrong way round.

when you open it in paint it is showing it the normal size, when you open it in photoshop it is opening shrunk to fit the window.

Squarebear. For me I much prefer the easier use of tools.

Chuck. Does not make sense. These are shots from my camera on my pictures. If I want to crop, then the picture is ok on Photoshop but impossible on Paint, isnt there a default somewhere that can be altered+
