Sky+ won't let me record

I want to record a programme on Monday (It's only Fireman Sam and the Great Fire of Pontypandy on Cartoonito) and it is telling me that a 'recording cannot be set for this programme'. Anyone know why I can't record it (I can record other things on this channel).

Hi all - it's not full and it will let me record the episode of Fireman Sam that is on after it.

Sounds as though the background code which tells your box when to record has become corrupted for this program. I suspect its Sky's problem and may resolve itself in time. Not a lot you can do.

Unplug it from the mains wait a couple of mins and plug back in.
In my experience Sky boxes are very low quality and go wrong on a regular basis.
