This looks like (D) RAB (B) AT, but I can't find it in Chambers or Google to mean stone near window in Scottish dialect.
20d Change mobile identification of playing ground in fashion (6) - E - H - P Is it a modern word for putting a new suim card in a mobile phone?

20d Looks as if it should be "rechip" : rec = playground, and hip = in fashion

Thanks a lot. I was nearly there with RABAT, but (D) RY BAT is in Chambers, but doesn't refer to Scottish particularly. RECHIP seems right, doesn't it. Must be a word associated with mobile phones.
