Mail Merge in Word 2003

Trying to set up a mail merge for labels on Avery J8160 address (21 per sheet). Followed all the links in Word but, when previewing labels, only the top line of 3 is shown and when printed the same thing happens. I've tried all sorts of solutions but none work. The database of the names and addresses is in Excel. Thanks for any help.

I had this problem a few months ago but I was using L7160 labels! When you go to print make sure it is set to A4 -hope this works.
