Would anyone happen to know some examples of phpBB and developer? I am interested in the extent of how the skin can be manipulated and how it can be changed from the original package.

phpbb is a package for creating internet forums using PHP.

And that's where I bow out of this one, I know next to nothing about PHP or that package.
