Does a PS2 have a DVD facility to be played via your TV?

You can play DVDs through a PS2, however some formats eg copies may be in black and white

If you buy another gizmo as well (might be called dvd-x ???) for about �20 it then becomes a multi-region player. The pictures shouldn't be in b&w if your TV can handle the NTSC colour system, which most can these days.
