yippeee ummmm lets start an unfit parent club !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My daughter's 25. She's long past that age.
She now calls all school children "little sh1ts". In fact she started calling them that only the year after she'd left school. Charming girl. Takes after her mum.
My youngest is in his room and I have no plans on letting him come down..

my eldest is like that salla shes 19 , and wants to have a hysterectomy as she has no plans on having kids ever weird cos she works in a creche lol
My grandson started at high school today, i spent the best part of 50 quid in his stationary yesterday so he better be a genius! I got a text at 8am woth a pic of him in his new uniform! i might change my avatar to that if i can find my usb phone cable!

£50 on stationary my god where did you shop dotty harrods lol x?
No i spent 23 quid in tesco, scientific calculator, parker pen and cartridges, crayola colouring pencils, a left handed sharpie pen, folding ruler, pack of erasers, twin pack of sharpeners, pack of ballpoints, then £22 in smiths, a french and german dictionary, umbro pencil case, a hole punch, pen pot, pack of fine liners, stapler, geometary set and an A7 notebook, i forgot to get exercise book covers or sticky backed covering but i'll get some tomorrow.
I didn't bother with all that crap this year. They just lose it. I'm a buy as you need parent...
I've been selling the stuff for weeks and some parents (well an awful lot actually) have been spending over £100 on stationary it's shocking! Good business though as I have made a bonus at work cos the stationary dept was well over budget!

yep me to ummmm the first year mine started secondary school i spent a fortune as they get older you learn "buy as you use" or it gets broken unused or lost
Don't have any kids but I'm enjoying the quietness outside my house since the 2 horrors down the road went back to school on monday. Can't be more than 8 and the words that come out of their mouths are disgusting
the little sh1ts.....
Mine go back tomorrow and as I have had to work all summer I feel like they are going back way to soon. Havent had nearly enough time with them and considering we have all six of them at times maybe I am just a glutton for punishment. I love them being at home. We took them all for fish and chips the other day one of our four year olds asked for a naked sausage ( without batter, I presume) I miss all that fun stuff and them making me laugh when they have school to go to as well.
I must admit, when my kids were little, I hated when they went back to school. I used to love their time off - would take them swimming, to the beach, for picnics etc. A lay-in every morning if we (I) wanted one....

Secondary school wasn't too bad either - I 'd go off to work and leave them to wash the dishes, hoover etc. Bonus times.

One goes back tomorrow, will miss her like mad and the other one starts secondary on Monday and I'm actually terrified for him. I must get a grip.
7th of September my little bundle of joy goes back....Sure these holidays are getting longer!
Mine go back on Monday and I am not looking forward to it at all (one of them is starting in Reception) - it'll be awful when the the littlest ones (twins) go in 2 years time - double whammy.
I remember the first day my daughter went to Reception - I cried all the way home
