My Logitech Webcam hasn`t been used for several weeks and now when I plug it in the blue light appears for a split second and then goes off. I have downloaded Driver Whiz as I thought the drivers were not working but they want me to pay $29.95 to supposedly clean my PC. Can anyone help me get my Cam back working please?

I had a similar problem after a power surge which tripped my fuse box. In the end I did a fresh install of my webcam software. Worked a treat. Dont pay the money for a supposed cleaning of yr drive, its a rip off. If you ever did wish to do this you can get free software. If nothing else check out Logitechs website for FAQ or email them. Good luck.

No probs. Hope it works again soon. The only thing I forgot to say is ensure all connections are firmly plugged in! Ciao
