Removal of Hyperlinks

A friend gave me a copy of an Excel spreadsheet which has over 150 hyperlinks to files contained within HIS own PC. Of course, these are no good to me and I want to delete the link, but keep the contents of the cell. Excel 'help' says to Clear Contents, or Delete the cell, but this would mean I would then need to re-enter what is already there. Is there any alternative, preferably to delete all 150 Hyperlinks 'en bloc', using just one all-embracing command, or something similar. Any ideas?
