on my sister's computer screen everything has become 'Large' ie: emails, homepage etc but she dosent know what she's done???

Is it a Laptop?

I am able to increase/reduce the size of everything using the mousepad on my Laptop. All I do is put my thumb and forefinger on the pad, then open them to increase the size, and do the reverse to reduce the size.If you Sister has a Laptop, maybe this will work for her.
