Experian can't find me on their system. This is causing me no end of problems. It's because I am renting out my home and have a temporary address, and am redirecting my mail. I have been refused a really important (career development) loan and am having trouble getting checked by estate agents as a result. In previous years (before I moved) I never had any problems and my credit file was fine. They have told me to send 2 original documents to them, from my NEW address, but all my post has a redirection sticker on it, which they won't accept! Arrgh! Anyone know a way around this?

Go to your bank, change your address to your temporary address, request a statement. Ditto mobile phone bill

You'll be able to change it again when you move again.
Firstly you need to get yourself listed on the electoral register at your new address, however temporary. At the moment you are effectively "of no fixed abode" as far as credit ref agencies are concerned - which doesn't make you a good credit risk. You need to get yourself back on there "radar" so to speak.
